2 cups cooked black beans (1 can)
1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels (1 can)
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream
Combine first seven ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Top with cheese and sour cream.
