Zucchini Lasagna

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium zucchini
1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese (1 cup)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated

*Preheat oven to 375
*Cook beef and onion 10 minutes, spoon off fat.
*Add tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil, pepper and heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
*Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/4" slices.
*Combine cottage cheese and egg.
*Arrange zucchini in bottom of 9" x 13" dish. Sprinkle with Tbsp. flour. Top with cottage cheese and 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat with remaining zucchini and flour. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining meat.
*Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 min.
